<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wig base which can make false hairs at a head temporal region naturally directed rearward and frontward as desired. <P>SOLUTION: The wig base comprises: a head occipital region piece 12 which covers at least a part of a head occipital region; head temporal region pieces 13, 14 which cover at least a part of right and left head temporal regions adjacent to the head occipital region piece 12; a plurality of head occipital region linear members 18 which are arranged at the head occipital region piece 12, extend to right and left directions and reach a boundary between the right and left head temporal region pieces; and a head temporal region linear member 21 which extends in a direction crossing the right and left head temporal regions.
