<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device, a contactless power transmission apparatus, a vehicle and a contactless power transmission system that have an amplification circuit configured to implement zero voltage switching even if a parasitic capacitance of a switching element is large. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 20 includes a choke coil 210, a switching element 220, a resonance circuit 250 and a compensation circuit 260. A parasitic capacitance 270 of the switching element 220 is larger than a predetermined capacitance for implementing class E zero voltage switching. The compensation circuit 260 is connected in parallel with the switching element 220.
