LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIAL PYROLYSIS PROCESSING UNIT USING PLANT BIOMASS SOURCES

PURPOSE: A pyrolysis treatment apparatus using the herbal biomass resources is provided to; maintain the inner temperature in case of the pyrolysis treatment installing an insertion type heater in a tank; produce fuel resources by the pyrolysis treatment in an optimal pyrolysis treatment condition cleared in a laboratory using small portion of the raw material; and improve the caloric value of fuel to the maximum when the herbal biomass is pyrolyzed completely blocking the combustion phenomena during the pyrolysis process. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolysis treatment apparatus comprises a pyrolysis tank main body part(1), a frame part(2), an insertion type heater(8,10), a nitrogen inlet(8), a discharging pipe(11), a screw(12) and an electric motor(5). An inlet(3) is installed on the upper side of the pyrolysis tank main body part. The frame part supports the pyrolysis tank. The insertion type heaters are installed with intervals specified by height in order to heat the raw material in a pyrolysis tank main body from 200 to 500°C. The nitrogen inlet is installed in the lower part of the pyrolysis tank. The discharging pipe discharges the oxygen in the tank to the outside. The screw is installed below the tank's main body to discharge the remaining raw material after pyrolysis in a tank. The electric motor rotates the screw.
