[Problem] To improve body fluid diffusibility such that body fluids can be quickly absorbed. [Solution] A sanitary napkin (1) includes an absorbing body (4) with a highly water absorptive polymer (12) interposed between a top layer sheet (10) disposed on the skin side and a bottom layer sheet (11) disposed on the non-skin side. The top layer sheet (10) is provided with: multiple first protrusions (14) forming first spaces (13) that are to be filled with the highly water absorptive polymer and that expand to the skin side; and multiple second protrusions (16) having a smaller volume than the first spaces (13) and forming second spaces (15) that are to be filled with the highly water absorptive polymer and that expand to the skin side. The weight per unit area of the highly water absorptive polymer (12) filled into the second spaces (15) is less than the weight per unit area of the highly water absorptive polymer (12) filled into the first spaces (13). |
