PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a morpholino oligomer.SOLUTION: There is provided a morpholino compound having a structure (I), where Ris selected from a group consisting of lower alkyl, di(lower alkyl)amino and phenyl, Ris selected from a group consisting of lower alkyl, monocyclic aryl methyl and monocyclic (aryloxy)methyl, Ris selected from a group consisting of triaryl methyl and hydrogen and Y is selected from a group consisting of a protected or non-protected hydroxyl or amino group, a chloro-phosphoramidate group and further a phosphorodiamidate bond of a ring nitrogen of a morpholino compound or a morpholino oligomer.
