PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent cut-of height while keeping the height of an operating cut-off part low, by dispensing with construction work for digging down a ground surface and a floor surface by installation on a passage surface and making a casing itself exert a cut-off effect.SOLUTION: A cut-off unit includes: a casing which is installed on a passage surface for a person's passage and vehicle traffic and within which water can be stored; an opening through which water is introduced into the casing and which discharges the water stored within the casing; and a cut-off part which is housed within the casing and which protrudes from a top surface of the casing by rising by obtaining buoyancy from the water stored within the casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
