PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing complex panels by using lightweight steel frames and lightweight foam concrete are provided to mass-produce lightweight complex panels with improved fireproof, thermal insulation and soundproof characteristics to be easily used as interior and exterior materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing complex panels by using lightweight steel frames and lightweight foam concrete includes the steps of adding an annular rod(15) at both sides of steel frames for preventing cracks generated by expansion due to a temperature change, stacking the steel frames in a curing furnace with a predetermined gap to carrying out initial curing by a temperature controlling element, cutting the cured mold(30) at portions between the stacked steel frames by driving trolleys(10,11) and a cutter(2) for producing complex panels(43) of lightweight foam concrete and lightweight steel frames in bulk, curing the synthesized complex panels in a curing furnace with vapour of high temperature and high pressure, and coating a permeable surface curing agent to surfaces of the lightweight foam concrete of the complex panels. |
