PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler pipe scale dissolving test apparatus, capable of reducing the amount of a dissolving liquid required in a scale dissolving test to a large extent. SOLUTION: The flange 2A, mounted on the upper end of a boiler pipe 1, has no nozzle 7, and the nozzle 41 of a circulating container 40 is inserted in the through-hole 6 of the flange 2A. The nozzle 4 is projected from the lower part of the circulating container 40 in the vertical direction. One end of a soft flexible tube 43 is connected to the liquid outlet 42, provided to the side surface of the circulating container 40, and the other end thereof is connected to the nozzle 9 of a flange 3. A tube pump 44 for sending a liquid into the tube 43 is provided on the way of the tube 43. When the tube pump 44 is driven, the scale-dissolving liquid in the circulating container 40 is circulated successively through the tube 43, the boiler pipe 1 and the circulating container 40.
