PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve an opposite party satisfying conditions desired by a mobile communication terminal equipment user and to have a one-to-one chat in real time. SOLUTION: Mobile communication systems 30 and 40 perform radio communication with mobile communication terminal equipment 10, 11, 20 and 21, a chat server 70 is connected to a network 60 and provides a chat service and a communication company gateway 50 converts the different kinds of data and protocols between the mobile communication systems and the network. The chat server 70 is provided with personal information and condition information regarding at least one member. In the case that a chat is requested from the user of the mobile communication terminal equipment, after a member matched with the condition desired by the user is retrieved by using the personal information of each member, the chat opposite party is decided through comparison between the condition information of the user and the condition information on the retrieved member and the chat of the decided chat opposite party and the user is performed.
