PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication apparatus, a data communication system, a data communication method, a data communication program, and a recording medium recording the program for preventing the entire data communication system from being out of order even on the occurrence of a fault in a transmission line or the data communication apparatus or the like in the data communication system. SOLUTION: When either of data comparison sections 107, 108 discriminates that the data communication is possible, a control section 109 allows a transmitter-receiver whose communication is available to return data received from the transmitter-receiver whose communication is available without transmitting the data from the other transmitter-receiver whose communication is discriminated to be disabled.
