PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, an information communication apparatus, and an information communication method which enable information transmitted from a client to be efficiently subjected to encryption and decryption processing while keeping the security and the resulting information to properly be transferred to another client. SOLUTION: A client 101 placing an order uploads encrypted information resulting from encrypting information by a shared key and a first encryption key resulting from encrypting the shared key by a public key of a print order system server 102 to the server 102, and transfers the encrypted information to a print point server 106. Further, when a client setting request from an operator PC 107 is permitted, the first encryption key is decrypted by using a private key corresponding to the public key to obtain the shared key, and a second encryption key is obtained by encrypting the shared key by the public key of the operator PC 107. Then the second encryption key is transmitted to the print point server 106 and the operator PC 107 uses the second encryption key to decrypt the encrypted information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
