PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope regulating device for working machine carrying out a stable slope regulation with comparatively excellent accuracy by using a simple angle detecting means with an inexpensively available angle sensor in the slope regulating device constituted to stably sustain a working machine in a predetermined sloped posture by controlling a driving actuator for posture regulation based on a detected information from an angle sensor 27. SOLUTION: The slope regulating device for working machine comprises actuating a driving mechanism for posture regulation based on the low frequency component of the detected information from the angle sensor 27 and stopping the driving mechanism based on the high frequency component of the detected information from the angle sensor 27.
