<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily reproducing a roll surface on site, without detaching a roll with a transformed, deteriorated, or soiled surface from a manufacturing device for a polarization film. <P>SOLUTION: A method for reproducing a roll surface includes spraying granular dry ice to the surface of a roll after using in a manufacturing device for a polarization film.
