A wind power storage engine is provided to operate a machine even when the intensity of wind is low or no wind blows. A wind power storage engine includes a blade(120), a vane(130), a blade shaft(110), a rotary shaft(140), a support bar, a rack gear, a pinion gear(220), a drum shaft(182), a drum(180), and a steel wire. The blade has an opening(122). The vane is arranged in the opening of the blade such that the vane covers the opening and is bent when wind pressure is applied. The blade is fixed on the blade shaft. The blade shaft is fixed on the rotary shaft. The support bar supports the rotary shaft. The rack gear is formed on the rotary shaft. The pinion gear is engaged with the rack gear. The pinion gear is inserted in the drum shaft. The drum shaft is connected to the drum. The steel wire is arranged in the drum, and has one end fixed at the drum shaft and the other end fixed at the drum.
