A device for preventing flowing noise of a fuel tank is provided to maximize the size of a baffle by mounting a main baffle having a sub baffle capable of spreading to the outside of the main baffle inside the fuel tank. A device for preventing flowing noise of a fuel tank comprises plural flowing holes(11) and a main baffle(10). The plural flowing holes of a hexahedron shape, whose one side is opened to be fixed to the upper part of a fuel tank, are capable of passing fuel in flowing of fuel at two opposed sides in flowing direction of fuel. The main baffle has two opposed sides, whose one end is cut, adjoining to two sides of the flowing holes. The main baffle installed at one side whose one end is cut includes a flowing hole(31) at the two opposed sides to have a U type, and a sub baffle(30) capable of spreading to the outside of the main baffle.
