A fuel filler door for a vehicle is provided to maintain the gap between a side panel and a door main body by forming a supporting pipe at a free end of a female hinge plate for fitting a metallic hinge pin into supporting holes and the supporting pipe. A fuel filler door for a vehicle comprises a male hinge plate(4), a female hinge plate(7), a hook, a catch installed at the other part of the housing, supporting holes(15a,15b), a supporting plate(21), and a metallic hinge pin(22). The synthetic resin male hinge plate of a U type is fixed on one side of a housing. The female hinge plate is hinged to one side of a synthetic resin door main body(6). The hook having an engaging hole at the other part of a hinge assembling part of the door main body is integrated. The supporting holes are penetrated through the upper/lower surfaces(14a,14b) of the male hinge plate. The supporting plate is integrated with a free end of the female hinge plate to fit the metallic hinge pin into the supporting holes and the supporting pipe.
