摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure shape and the like of a moving object at high precision with a simple constitution on the basis of an origin fixed at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: An optical measuring device 131 comprises: a compound eye measuring part 125, having optical measuring parts 121, 123 whose mutual position relation is known, arranged at an origin which is a predetermined fixed position; light generating parts 133-135 which emit a light for gage marks which form gage marks 118-120 on a reflective part 132 and a light for measuring to a measuring object 130; and a measuring part 136 set at a predetermined position with respect to the gage marks 118-120. This device is integrally set at a hand part 114 of an articulated robot 100 and is controlled so as to output a light for gage marks and a light for measuring by a computing control part 138. Under such situation, the shape and the like of the measuring object 130 are measured by the measuring part 136 while the coordinates of the gage marks 118-120 are measured on the basis of the origin by the compound eye measuring part 125.
