PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine having improved air bleeding performance while maintaining cooling performance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The cylinder head 40 of the internal combustion engine includes a water jacket through which cooling water is distributed. The cylinder head 40 is equipped with plate-like members 20ab... formed at positions corresponding to parts between adjacent cylinders for inhibiting passage of the cooling water from one side to the other side of the adjacent cylinders.
