PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a human body from having unpleasant feelings of pains or the like by suction as much as possible when conveying excretions and to surely move the excretions in a discharge pipe. SOLUTION: The automatic excretion treatment apparatus includes a receiving body 1 with a recessed part 2 to be mounted on the crotch part of the human body for receiving the excretions discharged from the human body, the discharge pipe 20 connected to a discharge port 3 communicating with the recessed part 2 of the receiving body 1 for discharging the excretions received in the recessed part 2, and a pressurizing and conveying means 30 for pressurizing and conveying the excretions from the upstream side to the downstream side of the discharge pipe 20. Since the excretions can be pressurized and conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side by the pressurizing and conveying means 30, it is not necessary to suck the excretions as in the conventional way, the situation that the human body has the unpleasant feeling of pains or the like by the suction is prevented and the excretion is performed comfortably.
