PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide many phase synchronizing oscillation signals, without having to use a divider. SOLUTION: An oscillator synchronizing a plurality of oscillation frequencies includes a plurality of oscillators; a ring resonator for coupling gates/bases of the plurality of oscillators with lines connected to respective ports of closed lines whose total length, comprising microstrip lines of one wavelength of an oscillation frequency; and an excitation direction fixing device for fixing an excitation phase inserted in the line of the ring resonator in one direction.
