PURPOSE: A solar panel cleaning and cooling apparatus is provided to improve the power generation efficiency of a solar panel by cleaning and cooling the surface of the solar panel. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning head(200) is contacted with the surface of a solar panel, cleans and cools foreign materials. A driving unit(100) provides driving power to the cleaning head. A scissors link transmits the driving power of the driving unit to the cleaning head. A clamp(400) fixes the driving unit and the cleaning head to the solar panel. |
