Achieving an electrical line (20) on a surface (11) of the structure (10) involves implementing a step of oxy-fuel flame spraying of a protective material to form a protective bonding layer (22), followed by a step of cold spraying of the electrically conductive material of the electrically conductive layer (23) onto the protective bonding layer (22).
