The purpose of the present invention is to provide a saccharified solution production method in which: a saccharified slurry is obtained by using a continuous reactor to subject a cellulosic biomass slurry to hot water treatment while in a supercritical state or a subcritical state; uniform mixing with respect to a cross section that is perpendicular to a mixing shaft for the slurry and a plug flow with respect to the axial direction are maintained; and plugging of a pressure reducing valve is unlikely to occur when flash evaporating a high-temperature, high-pressure slurry after hot water treatment. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a saccharified solution production device and a continuous reactor that are suitable for implementing the abovementioned production method. The present invention is characterized in that when using a continuous reactor to continuously subject a cellulosic biomass slurry to hot water treatment, vigorous stirring is performed at an anterior section of the continuous reactor, stirring is performed using a stirring device that has weak driving force at a posterior section, and stirring is performed uniformly with respect to a cross surface that is perpendicular to the stirring shaft while plug flow is maintained with respect to the axial direction. The saccharified slurry is preferably diluted with a saccharified solution, solid matter is subsequently crushed using a crushing device, and the result is subjected to flash evaporation.
