A top tip allowing a toy top to rotate suspended, comprising a top tip mounting base (1) and a top tip (2). Provided at the middle of the top tip (2) is a suspending hole (3) through which a rope or rod can run to lift the toy top when playing. Also, the top tip (2) is relatively rotatably connected at the bottom of the top tip mounting base (1). When the toy top is rotating on a plane, the rope or rod is utilized to run through the suspending hole (3) to have the entire toy top lifted, at which time, the upper portion of the toy top continues to rotate, then, by moving or rotating the rope or rod, the toy top is allowed to make other movements while rotating, thus further enhancing the degree of fun of playing. |
