PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that reduces an impact of interference with a band used for communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter forms a transmission signal including first control information on the number of blocks when an available band of the transmitter is divided into a plurality of blocks, and second control information indicating that a carrier included in at least one block of the plurality of division blocks is an invalid carrier. In addition, the transmitter transmits the transmission signal using orthogonal frequency division multiplex. The receiver receives the transmission signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
