The invention relates to a clamping chuck (1) comprising a receiving portion (5), which has a receiving opening (9) that is surrounded by a wall (7), and a machining tool (3), which has a machining portion (11) and a shaft portion (15) and the shaft portion (15) of which has an outer diameter that is adapted to the inner diameter of the receiving opening (9) such that the shaft portion (15) can be inserted into the receiving opening (9). The shaft portion (15) has a circumferential surface (37) which surrounds the longitudinal axis (2) of the shaft portion (15) and into which a depression (39) is introduced, and the circumferential surface has a driving surface (41) extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis (2) and at least one boundary surface (53; 53'), wherein the boundary surface adjoins the driving surface (41), is inclined towards the driving surface (41) at an obtuse angle, and the distance from the boundary surface to the longitudinal axis (2) increases starting from the driving surface (41) as the distance to the driving surface (41) increases. The clamp chuck also comprises at least one clamping element (17) which passes through the wall (7) surrounding the receiving opening (9). The clamping chuck is characterized in that the clamping element (17) has a conical element (33) with a conical or cone section-shaped outer surface (43) which can be pressed against the driving surface (41) as well as the adjoining boundary surface (53) by means of an actuating element. |
