PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combined anti-cancer therapeutic agents of drugs showing synergistic anti-tumor therapeutic activity, particularly therapeutic activity to non-small cell lung cancer.SOLUTION: An anti-cancer therapeutic agent comprises a combination of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) extracellular domain (ECD) and/or FGFR1 ECD fusion molecule with at least one additional therapeutic agent selected from paclitaxel, carboplatin, cisplatin, oxaliplatin, doxorubicin, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), leucovorin, pemetrexed, etoposide, VEGF antagonist, VEGF trap, anti-VEGF antibody, or bevacizumab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
