<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal separator for a fuel cell of light weight excellent in corrosion resistance and electric conductivity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same and a fuel cell stack including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The metal separator has a metallic base material 15 on which flow channels 16 are formed, and a conductive corrosion-resistant coating film 17 covering the surface of the flow channel 16 formed on the metallic base material 15.
