PROTON CONDUCTIVE ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior proton conductive electrolyte membrane capable of being used in a low-humidity environment from low temperatures to high temperatures, and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: This is the proton conductive electrolyte membrane which contains sulfonic acid group-contained polyether sulfone (A) and an inorganic oxide having metal-oxygen bond. In the manufacturing method of the proton conductive electrolyte membrane, the inorganic oxide having metal-oxygen bond (B) is synthesized by a sol-gel method in an organic solvent containing sulfonic acid group-contained polyether sulfone (A).
