<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a gap between a gasket and a power collection board, and a resin substrate adhered the power collection board, and to suppress a leak of fuel in a flatly arranged type fuel cell equipped with a membrane/electrode conjugate. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell end plate arranged on both sides of a membrane/electrode conjugate integrating a polymer electrolyte membrane and an electrode is formed by integrally forming a resin substrate, a power collection board and a gasket, an outside terminal connection part of the power collection board is provided on a part different from its contacting surface with the power collection board and the membrane/electrode conjugate, for example, the side surface of the resin substrate.
