Shoes equipped with an anti-slip device in a sole of the heel are provided to prevent a slip on the frozen road or downhill road by vertically moving needles by simply operating a turning device and to restrain the needles from being exposed at normal times by inserting the needles into the sole by rotating the turning device in a counterclockwise direction. Shoes equipped with an anti-slip device in a sole of the heel comprise four needles disposed in a regular square form to support the whole of the heel and four vertical grooves and four turning grooves moving vertically. The height of the anti-slip device installed in the heel of the shoe is 2cm and easily repaired only by separating a liner of the shoe. Diamond pieces are inserted into the tips of the needles to reduce wear and extend the life time.
