PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means inhibiting anti-cancer agent resistance of cancer cells. SOLUTION: An anti-cancer agent-resistant inhibitor comprises aβ1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyl transferase 6 governing biosynthesis of the core 3 structure of an O-glycan or a specific derivative etc., thereof as an active ingredient. Since the drug efflux activity of a P-glycoprotein which is one kind of a drug efflux transporter is inhibited with the anti-cancer agent-resistant inhibitor, the resistance to the anti-cancer agent conventionally causing problems in treatment using the anti-cancer agent can be inhibited, to maintain effects of the anti-cancer agent.
