PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable combination and installation pattern of various types of horizontal bag manufacturing machines and packaging machines in a bag manufacturing packaging machine in which the horizontal bag manufacturing machine and the packaging machine are installed in parallel and both machines are linked together. SOLUTION: The bag manufacturing packaging machine includes a positioning conveyor 3 for positioning a bag fed from the horizontal bag manufacturing machine, a feeding conveyor 39 for successively feeding the bag to a conveyor magazine type bag feeding device of the packaging machine, and first to third transferring means arranged between the positioning conveyor 3 and the feeding conveyor 39. The first transferring means 4 and 5 sucks and takes up the bag on the positioning conveyor 3, and changes the bag into a vertical attitude whose bag opening faces upward. The second transferring means 21 and 22 receives the bag held by the first transferring means 4 and 5 by pinching it by a pinching member 27, and horizontally transfers it to a specified position and at the same time, rotates the bag to face the bag face to the feeding direction of the feeding conveyor. The third transferring means 35 sucks and receives the bag held by the second transferring means 21 and 22, and changes it to a horizontal attitude, faces the bag opening to the feeding direction and places it on the feeding conveyor 39.
