PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a content recording device, a content recording system and an information processing program for setting how finely content to which complicate attribute information has been applied should be dynamically and automatically classified, and for classifying the content. SOLUTION: In this information processor 100 for classifying content data to which attribute information having a hierarchical structure having two or more hierarchies has been applied to any hierarchy based on the attribute information, and for recording the content data in a recording part 20, when content data are newly recorded in the recording part 20, a folder management part 12 changes how finely the content should be classified concerning the arbitrary folder in the arbitrary hierarchy so that the total of the number of content belonging to the folder and the number of folders in the lower rank of the folder can be prevented from becoming a prescribed threshold or above.
