Said centring jaws are independent of one another and can be adjusted relative to the carrier frame (1). A centring unit (Z) of this kind is used in a cable processing system having at least two processing stations, preferably a plurality of processing stations which are positioned in an at least partially circular arrangement, wherein at least one insulation-stripping station and a crimping apparatus (C) are provided, as is at least one movement unit for feeding and for withdrawing an end of a cable (K) which is to be processed to and from the processing stations. |
