摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic solid ion conductor which exhibits high ion conductivity for various metal ions at room temperature, and can be easily manufactured at a low cost, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor and an electrochemical device using it. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic solid ion conductor contains one or a plurality of amorphous metal oxides selected from a group consisting of silicon oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, niobium oxide, tin oxide and indium oxide, and monovalent, bivalent or trivalent metal ions contained in the metal oxides, and has ion conductivity of 1&times;10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>S cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>or higher at 25&deg;C (room temperature). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
