PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi service support system for resolving the mismatch of demand and supply of a taxi.SOLUTION: An information analysis unit 34 takes in variety of information from at least one collection unit of a taxi sensor information collection unit 31, a passenger position information collection unit 32 and a web information collection unit 33, performs pretreatment if needed to thereby perform data conversion, and performs data mining. An information provision unit 35 for a driver acquires a boarding prospective area acquired by the information analysis unit, and a taxi information terminal application unit 37 provides boarding prospective area information to a taxi driver. |
