PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve photographing without malfunction with a simple structure even if both hands are busy.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus includes: an imaging section for imaging a subject; a touch panel arranged in the photographing apparatus having the imaging section; setting means for setting a mounting mode in which the photographing apparatus body is mounted on a human body; and determining means for determining whether output from the touch panel corresponding to a change of movement of muscles in the human body is changed from a first state to a second state within prescribed time when the mounting mode is set. The imaging section images the subject when the determining means determines that there is the change of the movement of the muscles in the human body in a state where a system is set to the mounting mode. |
