An endoscopic external-internal drainage of the liver ducts, pancreas, oral abscess or cyst consists of a stent, the proximal end of which is made from the clips as petals and drainage tube. At the distal end of the stent section a cross-section is made inclined to the axis of symmetry of the stent at angle sufficient to form in the center a section of the projection on the stent wall through hole for drainage tubes, at the end of which a catch is made as petal for fixing the drainage tube and capturing the stent when removing the device.
