<p>The invention proposes a hydroelastic support (mount) intended to be interposed between two assemblies to be suspended one with respect to the other, particularly for suspending an engine in a motor vehicle, of the type including two reinforcing members (12, 14) respectively connected to the two assemblies, these two reinforcing members being joined together by a mass of elastomeric material (16), the mount including at least one working chamber (26) delimited at least in part by the mass of elastomeric material (16), and an expansion chamber (58), these two chambers being filled at least partially with liquid and connected together by a communication passage (50), characterised in that it includes a leaktight auxiliary chamber (60) which communicates with the working chamber (26) and which is delimited in part by a movable partition made of elastic material (82), the outer face of which includes a push rod (86) with which there interacts a device for driving the movable partition in order to apply controlled displacements to the latter so as to create in the auxiliary chamber (60) pressure forces which are synchronous with the harmonics of vibrations of one of the said two assemblies. <IMAGE></p> |
