PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs and the size of a device in the case of exciting a fluorescent body to obtain light in various colors.

SOLUTION: Two or more fluorescent bodies that are excited by light and emit light different in color to each other are formed concentrically relative to a disk-like substrate. The substrate is driven in such a way that the two or more fluorescent bodies are continuously irradiated with light and a position on the substrate irradiated with light is changed with time. For example, the substrate is driven to rotate with the center of a concentric circle as the center of rotation.
