PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having an excellent effect of suppressing ghost and hardly causing ghost even when the photoreceptor is mounted in a color electrophotographic apparatus or an electrophotographic apparatus having no destaticizing means, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the above electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The charge generating layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor has molecular dispersion of a naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimide compound having a specified structure in the binder resin. The proportion of the naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimide compound is 15 to 120 mass% with respect to the binder resin in the charge generating layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
