PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device improving assembling, when being attached and detached to and from a device body by preventing teeth slip between a drive gear for driving a roller of the fixing device and an input gear provided at the side of the device body. SOLUTION: With a fixing device unit 4 is provided with the drive gear 52 for driving a heat roller 41 of the fixing device unit 4, by engaging with the input gear 22 provided in a frame 10 on the side of the device body 1a in the fixing device unit 4 provided with a shaft-pushing member 23, arranged in the circumference of a part of the outer peripheral face of a drive shaft 51 of the drive gear 52 and suppressing displacement in an engagement tangential direction of the drive gear 52 of the drive shaft 51 and the input gear 22, in the frame 10 on the side of the body 1a. For instance, the shaft-pushing member 23 is formed into a U-shape, and a side in which the shaft-pushing member 23 is opened in the U-shape is arranged toward the side of the input gear 22.
