PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and stably hold a grip part at an optional angle position with respect to a main body part. SOLUTION: The turning hinge mechanism 20 supporting the main body part 2 and the grip part 4 so that the grip part 4 can turn in between is equipped with: a fixed plate 31 attached to one of the main body part 2 and the grip part 4; a rotary plate 32 attached to the other of the main body part 2 and the grip part 4; a supporting shaft 34 supporting the rotary plate 32 rotatably with respect to the fixed plate 31; and a 1st friction mechanism 57 and a 2nd friction mechanism 58 imparting friction on the inner periphery side and the outer circumferential side between the rotary plate 32 and the fixed plate 31.
