PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage assisting apparatus which enables a fixed massage effect to be provided even when massagers are different, and the massage to easily be performed without understanding the explanatory note or the like. SOLUTION: This massage assisting apparatus has one or more light emitting elements 10, casts the light being emitted from the light emitting elements onto the face, and indicates the position at which a finger pressure therapy is performed by the light on the face which moves accompanying the movement of the light emitting elements. The massage assisting apparatus is equipped with a driving means 11 which drives the light emitting elements, a controlling means 12 which drives the driving means and makes the light emitting elements emit the light conforming to a specified program, and a storage means 13 which stores the specified program.
