PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a suffering insertion technique of an endoscope fiber by automatically advancing the fiber to the deep area of the intestinal tract to insert the fiber into the deep area of the small intestine. SOLUTION: The cylinders joined to front and rear drive bodies are radially protruded from the major slots provided to the side surface of an endoscope to be connected to a buoy-shaped contractible and expansible balloon movable forward and rearward at the outside of the endoscope. The major axis of the endoscope fiber is set as the center axis to drive the front and rear drive bodies forward and rearward by the power transmitted by the drive center shaft body of the front and rear drive bodies to advance the endoscope.
