PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulence of the exchange or the like of a microcomputer 22. SOLUTION: An upper board case 23 is designed such that the height of the partial area of other electronic components including the microcomputer 22 is so low that the microcomputer 22 can not be detached from a socket 26 and the partial area is flat to one end part of the upper board case 23. On the main control board 16, the other electronic components higher than the height of the microcomputer 22 mounted on the socket 26 are mounted and arranged outside the partial area of the upper board case 23.
