PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette butt collection device for a game machine installation island, requiring only small installation space. SOLUTION: A cigarette butt collection gutter 3 is attached to the lower surface of an elbow board 1 of the game machine installation island, and an endless belt 4 is stretched around a pair of horizontal shafts at both ends of the collection gutter 3. Flexible collection plates 5 are erected in the endless belt 4 to convey cigarette butts toward the terminal end of the collection gutter 3. A partition wall 36 is mounted inside the collection gutter 3 for folding the collection plate 5 when the collection plate 5 returns to the starting end of the collection gutter 3. The collection plate 5 extends from the endless belt 4 at right angles and projects vertically to the bottom face 35 of the collection gutter 3. The partition wall 36 faces downward toward the bottom face 35 of the collection gutter 3 from the lower surface of the elbow board 1, and is parallel to the collection gutter 35.
