A translation client accesses a management server (1) and requests translation. The management server (1) sends an e-mail for requesting a translator of the translation and charges the client for the translation. The translator submits a translated document to the server (1). The server (1), upon accepting the translated document, pays the translator for the translation. A secondary user making use of the translated document other than the translation client accesses the management server (1) and receives the translated document. The management server (1) charges the secondary user for the use of the document. The server (1) pays a predetermined percentage of the fee for the usage of the translated document to the translation client as a return and also pays the predetermined percentage of the fee to the translator as secondary pay.
