PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that short circuit between terminals by peeled wirings of extended wirings peeled by stress generated in a chamfering step and the like of a matrix array substrate is a cause of reduction of yield of a display panel. SOLUTION: Each wiring 5 has an extended wiring 9 extended from an end part of a part coming in contact with a bottom surface of a contact hole 7 toward a short wiring 8 of an end part of a substrate. The extended wiring 9 has a plurality of constrictive blocks 11 continued in an extended direction. Each constrictive block 11 has such constriction that a block part on the end part side of the corresponding extended wiring 9 is dimensionally narrowed and a block part on the substrate end part side is dimensionally widened. In the constrictive block 11, relations of a constriction interval A<a distance E between wirings and the maximum lateral dimension B of the constrictive block<the distance E between wirings are satisfied.
